Color

We love color at Aavya Hair Studio! In order to give you the best color job we do require all color requests to be made 5-7 days before your appointment. We do not do same day color on extensions. Coloring extensions requires for us to receive a picture of the desired color you want, the length you want the extensions to be, and how many bundles you want. Once we have this information we can give you an accurate quote. In order for us to begin on your color you must pay an invoice for color. We can not begin your color until that invoice has been made.

Payment

Please note your balance is due in full at the start of your appointment. 

We accept Cash, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and ShopPay. In order to pay via Afterpay or ShopPay you must pay via invoice a minimum of 5 days before your appointment.  

No service will begin until the payment is completed.

Healthy hair

The health of your hair is the most important thing. Please feel free to ask questions about what your hair needs in particular. And, be prepared to change your habits to better your hair! It took awhile to get it to the state it's in, it'll take some time to make it better too.

A lot of clients come to us with thinning and hair loss for a number of reasons. Vitamin D deficiency and iron deficiency cause hair loss in a lot of women, we also have a registered traveling nurse who we can schedule to come during your appointment to offer IV treatments as well as iron transfusions to help combat these deficiencies. She can also do blood work to find out what exactly your body is lacking.
