Aavya Hair Studios No Call, No Show, and Cancellation Policy
At Aavya Hair Studios, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, we have established the following No Call, No Show, and Cancellation Policy. By booking an appointment or consultation with us, you agree to adhere to these terms:
No Call, No Show Policy
- Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment or consultation without providing notice will forfeit their deposit.
- No call, no shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling using the original deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Rescheduling Policy
- Clients have up to 72 hours before their scheduled appointment to reschedule without forfeiting their deposit. Rescheduling requests must be made via phone, email, or the booking platform within this time frame.
- Rescheduling less than 72 hours before the appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
-If you failed to reschedule prior to the the 72 hours and would still like to keep your appointment, you can do so by making a new appointment and paying a new deposit. Deposits are NOT transferable! Failure to reschedule before the 72 hours will result in a charge of the full service amount to the card on file.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance or on the same day of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of the full service amount to the card on file.
- Clients who cancel more than 72 hours before their appointment will not incur additional charges; however, their deposit will remain non-refundable. But, the client has unto 30 days to reschedule their appointment and use the deposit towards their appointment.
-Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $100 late fee.
-For every additional 15 minutes of lateness, an additional $100 will be charged, up to a maximum of$300 total. After 15 minutes of tardiness, the stylist reserves the right to cancel the appointment based on their discretion and the scheduling of the next client.
-If the appointment is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited, and the full service amount will be charged.
Adjustments/Changes to your install
- It's our goal to insure every client is happy. In order to do so, it is up to you as the client to review your hair before you leave to ensure you love your hair. We are happy to accommodate any reasonable changes the day of your appointment.
Once you leave, any changes will be an additional charge. We have clients that book months in advance and although we will do our best to get you in quickly it is your sole responsibility to make sure you are happy with your services. Once you leave we will do no free adjustments/changes/alterations. If you are getting KTips or a sewin and you want additonal hair, you will be charged for the hair and to install the new hair. There will be no exceptions to this policy! We will stay in the salon the day of your appointment as long as it takes to make the adjustments and make sure you are happy. But once we install and you leave, there are no free changes. We do not offer refunds once the extensions have been installed in your hair. We do not offer refunds for any reason, for any service, once we have installed the hair.
Why This Policy is Important
Our time and resources are carefully allocated to provide each client with the best experience possible. Last-minute cancellations, no shows, or late arrivals disrupt the schedule and impact other clients, preventing other clients from securing appointments. This policy ensures fairness to both clients and our team.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
- To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or email, or log in to your account on our booking platform. All communications must be received at least 72 hours before your appointment.
By booking with Aavya Hair Studios(Houston Hair Extensions), you acknowledge and accept this policy. Please note we have the right to refuse service to any client, for any reason.
